OMG these Lakers fans are rediculous, I’m tired of their meaningless rants too. When I was visiting I was getting the third degree for not being a Lakers fan and labelled as a hater. I’m not even from LA, I have my own team that I’m a fan of. What is wrong with these people? lol

I’m suprised you don’t just walk up to his door, ring his door bell, and politely ask why he finds it necessary to piss all his neighbors off by parking like a jackass. Nobody does it to him, right? You people have to live around each other. You might as well try to get along. That would be a good approach, I would think. If the guy acts like a dickface then you can assure him that the neighbors won’t be extending any courtesy to him. Then call up a buddy and have them park right on his ass like he did you! Okay, that last part might not work since it looks like there is a driveway there, but it would definately prove a point.
